Who is a Project Manager?
A Project Manager is a professional who specializes in planning, organizing, executing, budgeting and monitoring project processes. These elite professionals have the flexibility to work across a myriad of Industrial sectors like IT, Construction, Finance, Engineering and Biotechnology.

6. Budgeting and Control- In any project, financial resources are essential in facilitating each activity to be undertaken. As a result, mangers are required to be good at cost estimations and budget creation. Also, they should ensure that the budget put in place is sufficient enough to meet the costs. There after, controlling costs in regards to the budget is similarly significant.
